We do not offer exchanges on domestic or international orders. You may return the item(s) within the applicable time frame allotted and submit a new order online. Please refer to our return policy for the return process.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return item(s) within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not provide return labels and are not responsible for returns lost in transit. You can use a carrier of your choice; however, we highly recommend using a provider with a tracking service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Any item(s) that are returned must be new, unworn, unwashed and have all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes or duties incurred on the original shipment or return process (with the exception of California State sales tax).
Please note that we do not provide a return label for international orders.

Returns within the applicable time frame of 14 days will be refunded in the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization code before sending back the item(s). The purchaser is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the return.
We are happy to honor requests for a price adjustment if the merchandise was purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days of order placement. Requests should be submitted to email@example.com
